Dr Meray Mansour (General Dentist)
BHSc Dent, MDent (LaTrobe)
I have called Bendigo home since 2008 and this year I’ve been incredibly lucky to work in Castlemaine at Castlemaine Smiles Dental. The team here is incredibly friendly and truly go the extra mile for each patient and clinician which pushes me to be the best dentist that I can be.
I’ve always known that I wanted to study and work where I was raised, so graduating from La Trobe University Bendigo with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Dentistry was a great achievement for me.
I love all aspects of dentistry and the beauty of my job is that I get to experience every part of it. However, I do enjoy paediatric dentistry and cosmetic dentistry as it can have a big impact on people’s confidence.
Outside of work I love oil painting and spending time with my friends and family.
Dr Andrew Shehata (General Dentist)
Originally from Melbourne, I came to enjoy living and studying in the area when I began my Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Dentistry degree in La Trobe University Bendigo.
I’ve enjoyed working in Castlemaine this year, in all aspects of dentistry. My particular interest is in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. In my free time I enjoy cycling and spending time outdoors.
